What is in your antibody's chains?

Paste them and we read each one end to end. The constant region: its isotype, its allotype, every engineered mutation in it - what the mutation is for and where it has been published - and the published antibodies whose constant region is nearest to yours. The variable domains: IMGT numbering, the CDRs, the nearest germline V and J genes, and every somatic mutation against them. You get a workbook of all of it, on the page and as Excel.

Your sequences and your result are deleted after 7 days. They are not shared, and they are used for nothing but your result. We keep your email address, so that we can tell you about Bionamic. The link we mail you starts the analysis and works for 72 hours.

Protein sequence. Several chains as FASTA, with a > line naming each, or separated by a blank line. Up to 8.

No sequence to hand? Paste one of these antibodies, whose constant regions come from the classifier's own reference library:

The same antibody instead carrying YTE (M252Y, S254T, T256E), which tightens FcRn binding at endosomal pH.

A private link to your report will be sent here together with information about how to manage and remove your data.
